Fun with Family

Pie is so excited about her brother coming.  She hugs him, talks to him, and loves him every day! She says "I want my brother to come out!"  He is so lucky to have her and her to have him.  I can't believe I am lucky enough to have them both.

 We had some fun with the family.  all of the grandkids at grandma and papa Dark's house.

 Uncle Mike was wearing bunny ears, talking in silly voices and inviting Pie and miles for tea and crumpets.  Pie thought it was too funny.  They had a great time!

 Found this sweet costume on the after halloween sale yesterday.  She was so proud of it.

 We went for a walk. We passed a real officer and she was so proud she said, "Look mom, he's and officer like me!" I just love this girl!

Also we had a checkup with Brother. He is still doing very well.  I am only dilated to 1.5 but 60% effaced.  They will start me on the 21st (right before Thanksgiving) if he doesn't come before then. I can't wait!

Presidential Election 2012

President Obama was elected to serve another term yesterday.  Although I may not feel this is in the best interest of my family or our country I still have a lot of pride to be an American.  

Now We Are Ready

Getting ready for Brother to come, Pie and I went and got our toes painted today.  It was such a fun girls day and now we are ready for our little man.

More Fun!

We won't be able to make it to Finlee's first birthday party so Grace wanted to give her present to her now.  Grace picked it out for her and Finlee seemed to really like it.  

 We got home last night and Grace did some cuddling with her Daddy.  She is really becoming a Daddy's girl.  She never just relaxes like this so it was a really neat little moment.

Of course it was a sign of something and she started puking this morning and still is.  Poor little lady.

Happy Halloween 2012

We had a great Halloween this year.  We went to Wayne to spend a little time with cousins.  Grace wanted to be Buzz Lightyear all year long, but decided a couple of weeks ago (after going to Witchfest) that she really just wanted to be a witch instead.  She turned out to be the cutest Witch ever (thanks Aunt Toadie for painting her face)

 We went to visit Grandpa Matt. He is working hard on the deck at the house. It is going to be Awesome!

 We saw Papa Dark who dressed up super awesome! I love that he always gets into it!

 And then drove one block back to Pete's house.  Pie thought it was so cool!

We had a great Halloween.  Grace had so much fun with her family.
