Sundance and our eventful trip to Wayne

Art had to work a lot of hours for Sundance Film Festival so we headed out of town to visit the family.  Our first stop was Kolt's region wrestles, where Pie and Miles took a turn practicing themselves.

They were so happy to see each other.
Kolt did so awesome and took 2nd. He lost his one match by points, and had excellent pins on the other four.

 Miles and Pie wrestling.

Then we helped Elessa at the boys Sophmore tournament.  Walker hung out with Grandpa quite a bit.

Pie stayed at Toadies so we spent a lot of helpful time there too.

 Art made the news!
 Walker Loves Basketballs.

Grace was the first to get sick, with the stomach flu.
How signs go up in WC!

We had some fun dinners together.

Walker playing with Grandma, before he got the stomach flu.

We spent some time at the park with our cousins.

We cheered on the team at the basketball game.  Grace had so much fun dancing and cheering.

She went and sat with Sarah so she could cheer with the cheerleaders. We didn't make the whole game, but we supported as we could.

She did get a megaphone out of it.
 Then came the colds.

Even though they were in good spirits, neither of them felt well.

We watched one more game to support Sarah, Maggie, and Hanna.  We left early, but we did our best.

When we finally headed home we were all excited and ready to be in our own space.  We had been gone a week and needed to our own beds.  We brought lots of sickness home, but we had a lot of fun while we were there.

Enjoying the weather

We have a little snow.  Not an outrageous amount, but enough to play in.  The kids enjoy it (until they get cold!)

Then we go inside to hang out.  We went with some friends to ride scooters at the rec center.

And some soccer/chasing the ball

When Grace doesn't feel well-Walker jumps to the task.  She really isn't holding him there as it looks in this picture.  He was quite worried about her.

 Everything goes down his shirt-
And Dad thinks its especially funny when it is two balls.

We "attempted" to look at the stars.

 Love!

Catching up

I need to start posting more often.  This space between time, makes it a lot of work.  But for the last month, we have been just as busy as every.

Grace in one of my old dresses.

 A little tea party action.

Walker took off at the store, and this is how it ended.
 A little puddle jumping fun.

 Cutest, Sweet little man.

We had to get a new gate because Walker destroyed the last one with his persistence in getting out.
A little man who loves his sister.  If she will let him sit by her and if she will rub his head, then and only then will he watch tv.

Walker also loves pickles. He will go to the fridge, open the door and point until I get him one.

I have found multiple pages of these on my phone lately.  Little fashionista.

Grace also wanted to make this desert for our whole family the other day.  It was delicious.
While the desert chilled, we watched some old home videos.

Mmmm Desert.  It has strawberries, jello, yogurt and bananas.
