All Hallows Eve

We had the most wonderful Halloween Celebration Yesterday. Grace dressed up like a cow. And her mommy joined her.
Daddy decided not to dress up. But celebrated with us too.
I think she is by far the cutest cow I have ever seen!
We went to the Little America for the Spook Street.
Grace liked the dancing room and the Queen Witches Room.
She did pretty good at not getting scared, but the one on her right here scared her a little.
Val, Jeff, and Shaye came with us. Shaye was really scared and wouldn't let her Dad put her down. They did get lots of treats~
They took pictures at the end (Art snapped one too) so we could try and win a nights stay-wouldn't that be nice, being that is my favorite!
We came home and played around a little. Grace with her bolts through her head.
And wore silly glasses.Hanging with Daddy witing for the trick or treaters!
We had a fun little dinner of popcorn, cheese puffs, ravioli eyeballs, turkey spiders, and mashed brain potatoes. We had our toenails painted orange and black and watched Barney Halloween. We went trick or treating at the neighbors and just had a wonderful time. It was my favorite Halloween ever!

One Year to Pumpkins

One year ago today was the hardest and most stressful day of my life. I handed my baby over to the hands of medical professionals and surgeon who has magic in his hands. I look back now and realize we made it. And now today I have this, and get to do this. How blessed I am.
The Daycare went to the pumpkin patch today.

There was a hay stack maze that the little kids got to walk through (Grace with Leah). Grace even walked by herself for a while (of course holding mom's hand) We took lots of fun pictures

Grace and her BFF Shaye

Oh how I love this lady!

Then she got to pick a pumpkin. This is the one she picked (out of many) She liked the long stems the best. The pumpkin is tiny.

Day Care Halloween

Grace has been having a lot of fun at daycare this week. She got to see them carve pumpkins yesterday. Then today they had a little parade of costumes and trick or treat!
She is a little ballerina today (we thought her other costume would be too hot)
Shaye was a little jaguar.
Big Parade! (Grace started to get a little sleepy and ornery-but it was very fun)

Pumpkins for Halloween

Last night we did our halloween pumpkins. Grace was a little scared to touch it. We wanted to just let her go, but she chose not to.
She did like the painting of the pumpkins though.
She didn't like me keeping her from doing what she wanted to (although she was covering herself and me) but she did seem to have fun!) I think they turned out GREAT!
After the pumpkin was done she was very thankful to her Daddy and kept giving him hugs and kisses.
She thought he was quite a funny pumpkin. We lit him that night. She kept telling the pumpking "hi" like she does everything else. I loved it!She again hugged her daddy and gave him kisses. Too fun!

Thriller

On Tuesday night a group of us went to see Thriller by Odyssey Dance! (picture with my cell phone camera-not so good) But we had a great time! Sabrina, Jackie, Elessa, Crisjon, Tacey, and me.

I loved it. We are going to plan on going every year!
