At home

I am working on a story presentation at an elementary school.  My
Dad came to visit and helped me get started.
I have had lots of middle of the night hugs from this little one.  Trying to embrace the moments even though I am tired.

Silly boy-wants to be just like sissy.  Blackmail....

Pies rainbow dress for the presentation.
We had cute friend come to play for a few hours one day.
Grace made this with her own ideas-PB, honey, almonds and baked for a few minutes.  It was pretty good!
More snuggles
Story board ready to go
Got my new tri gear in today.  Tried it on-ready to go!

Tonsils Out

For some reason this didn't post at the hospital.  The phone didn't work very well so now it's a little out of order.
This little man got his tonsils out.
Grace was really worried about him.  Cutest buddies.
He refused to wear the hospital clothes until he was tempted with toys.

He had had a nasty cold so they gave him a breathing treatment just to be cautious.  Last time he stopped breathing on them so they hoped to avoid that. They also gave him an anti anxiety med so he wouldn't freak out when he left me.

Art was coughing to but I needed him so we got permission. For him to come in with a mask to certain areas.
Finally with my baby after surgery.

He pulled out his iv after surgery so they put another one in.  He then proceeded to pull off and fight everything else as well.

They asked him if he wanted to go for a wagon ride.  I don't think this is what they meant.

He did finally ride.
Sissy and daddy came to visit.  They stayed at Little America for a little get away.  Rhea had Grace during the surgery.
She cried when she had to leave him.
Walker loved the cars and started feeling better about 10 PM
He refused to sleep in the big bed they brought us so we sleep in the chair/cot instead.
Wanting to go home and playing with his balloon.

Peek a boo

Driving like Papa Dark and ready to spring the joint
A quick nap before our ride came and we got to go home. It was only one night but he was pretty anxious.  We are so glad it went so well.

Parties and playing

Kiddos helped me make delicious school lunch peanut butter bars.

Walker multi tasking
Grace went on a play date at Aras house.  She did really well and had a lot of fun.
We also went to a fun carnival birthday party for Maddie.

Grace was thrilled with her face when she saw herself in the mirror.
Walk didn't like his face painted so she did his hands instead.
Papa came to visit for a night and helped me with some projects for a story reading I have coming up.
This is my stressed face.  Little mister isn't breathing great when he sleeps after surgery.  He ends up gasping and waking up a lot.  Hoping this will pass but for now it's kind of scary.
