Birthday Preparation

In full swing for Grace's Frozen Ice Skating party we had to find an Olaf shirt for Walker.  We couldn't so we had to improvise and make it ourselves.  

 Christy took Grace for a girls day of ice cream.

 We did some skating practice with our friends.

We made some fashiony Anna hair. 

 And practiced dress up.  Cute little prince "ss"

 Our cousins finally arrived.  So exciting!

 Grandma and Papa let Grace open up her clothes a little early.  She always gets the very cutest of outfits.

Salmon Run and More Exploring

We took a family adventure up to Strawberry to see the Salmon Run.  It was pretty cool!

Then we went fishing for a minute in the reservoir. 

 We came home and laughed for a while at our growing kids.  We have a pretty good life.

 I took the kids the next day to walk on the boardwalk at Jordanelle.  We just missed the nature center because it closed, but the kids loved the time exploring themselves.

Embracing Summer

We loved Summer.  Every little bit.  We had picnics on the front porch.  (Tea parties mostly)

And I even got brave enough to take the kiddos on my own for a quick dip at the lake.  It was fun and so worth it.  

We took a hike to Cascade Springs to see the first changing leaves.

We have loved every bit of this wonderful summer.
