Home days

We have had a quiet few days at home.
I took a few hours and went for a run up Dutch Hollow.  It was a beautiful trail with dirt, mud, grass, snow, ice and I loved it.  Here is the view of Heber from my first peak.
Then up over another one for a view of Midway.

Grace made some ear tags for her cows after Waller pulled off the tags.  So cute.
Walker said he had hair like Grana Darl because it is black and he asked her to color his when she did hers last time we were there.
So Grace pulled hers up and said she was grandpa because it was gray.
Silly kids.
Walker refused to nap today but then went out and sat by his sister.  This quickly followed. She didn't want me to move him. So precious!

Valentines Day 2015

Valentines Day came a little early.  Friday night Ms. Elsa came to visit Grace and give her a little Valentine.

The next morning on Valentines Day they woke up to Chocolate Hearts from Daddy and then later some Valentine Surprises.

A few oldies but goodies for my number one Valentine. Sure love this man and I am so lucky to have him!

I took the kiddos for a Valentine walk on the boardwalk.  Kiddos still aren't feeling the best.  Walker has a pretty bad ear infection so we didn't stay long, but needed to get out.  The temperature was 59 degrees today. Incredible.

Happy Valentines Day!

February Fun

The weather has been unreal here lately.  So beautiful.  We decided to get out and go play at the part and go for a little run.

 Me after my trail run.

We also went to a book conference this weekend.  It was pretty fun.  We like to go because we get to stay in a hotel.  Grandma and Papa Box sent the kids gift cards to build a bear so Art took them while I was in the conference.  They had so much fun and made some excellent choices.

They did a lot of swimming.  I took a break to come and watch for a minute.

Daddy can handle both kiddos.

It was a lot of fun. I enjoyed meeting new people and going to dinner with this great group of authors.

Happenings at home

With Walker being sick we spent a few trips to the Dr.  He took Sponge Bob along for the ride.

I participated in the Full Moon Trail Run with some friends. We went up the hill toward Cascade Springs.  It was so much fun!

Walker and his friends having some breakfast.

Some blankets that I made for my Grandma and Grandpa.

I sent them down with Trudy and apparently he liked it.

The life of a momma with a sick baby.

Walker and pretty much his favorite toy.

I am participating in a quilt block exchange.  These are my very first ever.  I hope to get better but so far it has been kind of fun.  I know they aren't straight-one day.
