Great St. Patricks Weekend

We had a pretty quiet and relaxing weekend, but it went way too fast. We enjoyed St. Patricks day. We had green toast, eggs, and cake bites for breakfast. Green mac and cheese for dinner, and spent time just hanging out. I laughed a lot at Grace this weekend, for example-see below a page from the toothbook. She read the book to her Dad trying to get him to go to sleep-which was so cute and I caught it on video, and later showed me this, and said see:
there's Daddy, and Mommy, and Pie, and Baby, and Jesus, and Mommy. (I joked that she might be telling us that the FLDS church might be the right way to go, at least if we want Jesus eating at our dinner table.) Too Funny!
She fell and bumped her nose. Everytime she does that I worry so much about her breaking it again. She asked for a band aid, but there wasn't anything wrong. She just thinks a band aid fixes everything. She wanted so bad to sleep with Stella, so we let her. She thought it was great and I think Stella liked it too. Lastly, I made a new Honeycuffs (Honeycuffs 2) as a special order for a mentally disabled man in Tennesee who physically harms himself. It took a lot of work and creativity to make it strong enough. I'll send it off with good wishes along the way.

A Little Swimming.

We met Papa Boxall at the Little America Last night for Swimming and Dinner. Grace loves to swim, but has no fear. She loves jumping off the edge and the stairs. She would go under water over and over again and loved it. I think it is great, but it also makes me very nervous.

Happy Early St. Patricks Day!

Happy Early St. Patricks Day. Grace's Daycare was celebrating today. We didn't have a lot of green clothes, so I took out everything with Green in it and let her pick. This is what we came up with, and I think she is just too cute. And Very Silly! And a little bit Sassy! Love this Girl!

Michele's Baby Shower

Michele's baby shower was on Saturday. It wa a lot of fun.
Because Finlee was in a dress and looked like a princess. Pie wanted to be a princess too for the shower, so this is what she wore. Finlee and I had some good conversations later that afternoon and even had a good sqealing match.

Happy Birthday Dad

We went out to dinner at Sizzler to celebrate my Dad's Birthday.
We gave my dad one share of stock for the Green Bay Packers and he was so happy he cried, and told us all he was an actual owner. We wanted to do that for him for so long. It was so amazing to see him finally get it. Then we had a little family time back home, just chillin with the kiddos.

Aquarium

We took the kiddos to the Aquarium. We had a lot of fun!The otters were very funny wrestling and fighting. It made me laugh and entertained the kids
The frog at the front for pictures. Pie made me get on with her. The kiddos looking at the jellyfish. They were Grace's favorite part. This is the best picture I could get of the kids together. We got to touch stingrays and a lot of other cool animals. Grace didn't want to touch the stingray, but she did touch all of the starfish. Pie liked the penguins (pooins as she calls them) a lot. This is Grace and I in the "snake vision" monitor. It was a lot of fun. Grace really enjoyed it and I look forward to going again.

Award at Work

I received an award at work. It was the PACE distinguished employee. Only 8 people on the entire UVU campus received the award. I was very thankful! There was a small awards luncheon where my name was on the handout. And with my $1000 prize, I purchased a personal assistant. I love it and I am so excited about it! So is Pie!
