St. Patricks Day and...

We didn't do a lot for St. Patrick's day but we did wear green.  Grace thought it was "patrick's birthday and wanted  to get him presents and do a party all day.

Art had to work that night and he got his first full DUI all on his own.  We were super proud so Pie made him a card.

My work friend Craig has a birthday on St. Patricks so we went to the school on Monday for a party for him.  Grace was silly and kept hiding his card.  She loved going to see everyone again.

David with Walker

Also my work people threw me a luncheon so me and the kiddos went to eat with them at Olive Garden.  It was so very nice.  I am finding that working at home has its own challenges.  I am so busy now and on the computer a lot, but I have been able to find a lot of things to keep me busy. GEAR UP has been keeping me on to help them with tasks, I have written a few online college courses and I am still teaching. I also jumped back into school for billing and coding and hope to find something more in that area as well.  I am feeling a little overwhelmed, but so glad I get to be with my kids.  I will miss all of these wonderful people I work with though!

Trip to Boise

We made a quick trip to Boise.  Papa and Grandma Box sold their house and are going to be moving soon, so we made one last trip. Plus we picked up their table and hutch as they won't be able to fit in their new home.  We had a lot of fun and are excited for them and their new place.  Tori even got to come into town.

 Walker's first time to Boise!
 The cute cousins!

Papa and Tori took the kids to the candy store. Here they are outside.  They had a lot of fun.

We have made a lot of great memories in their house and I am sure many more to come.

Home again

It has been such a whirlwind lately.  We got an offer on our house that we accepted, but then they did an inspection and asked us to replace the shingles. We decided not to, as they still have a few years left, so the family decided not to buy.  It ended up being an okay thing because we were incredibly stressed and the timing just didn't feel right. We were supposed to move Easter weekend which is when both Donna and Bob, and Elessa and Mike were supposed to move so that was very busy and on top of that, it is Walker's Baptism.  So now we can just take a breath and enjoy life for minute.

When we thought we had sold the house we went to El Habanero for Carnitas.  Grace got to read a book with her dad, and then poked herself in the eye with a straw.  Walker got sick from the food I ate and overall it just turned out that things weren't going to work.  I guess things always happen for a reason and this gives us a little more time to prepare.
I feel blessed just to have my family and be able to be home with them.
Working on brothers Christening outfit.  This is when it is nearly done.  He likes it I think....
