An Early Snow and a First Hair Cut

We had a quick bout of snow in early November. Grace and I didn't realize she didn't have ice skating yet, so I took her.  When it wasn't going, we played at the park for a minute instead.

Grace went with me to pick up some work stuff and she was insistent that she was running with Mimi. I thought it was so cute.

Then she wanted to go to the library, so we went.

We also took Walker in for his first hair cut.  He went in a baby and came out a boy.

He really just wanted me to to hold him the whole time.

She would try to get the top to stick up and he would just lay it back down again.

Grace got her nails done while Walker got his hair cut.

 It turned out really cute.

Then we went to Red Robin for lunch.
 Big boy hair.
 Grace having a tea party.

The snow slowly melted and we ventured out again.

Just a girl and her dog.

Getting the boat ready for winter storage.

Art picked up a weight bench the other day and this note was left behind.  Sure doesn't happen very often.  Right now it is a very hard time to be a police officer. People are not very supportive and are in an uproar.  It's very scary.  Because to men died at the hands of police (Ferguson and Garner) people are taking out police in revenge.  Multiple officers have been killed while sitting in their cars (NYPD and others).  It's scary so this note was a breath of fresh air.

Working on a photo shoot for my friend Maryguenn, I snapped this sample pic of Grace.

A quick shot of Maryguenn.

 Cool Kids.

I love the intensity in his face as he plays fooseball.

 More skating.

Daddy had a scavenger hunt for the kids one morning.  They had so much fun.

We took another trip to see Grandma Great.  She isn't feeling to well.  She fell down the stairs and broke a couple of ribs, so we went to check on her.  The kids love being at her house.

 Cutest Cousins

We went to visit Grandpa Great too.  We just found out that he has cancer.  We need to embrace these moments as much as we can.

 Grammy came into town.

 We celebrated Finlee's birthday.

Grace got some quality time with her Papa. Getting Eggs.
 And learning Science.

Walker had fun with the magnets too.

 My peeps

We found some of my old metals and the kids started to play with them.

Good times.
