Gold stars all around. We rarely do this, and maybe we should more often, but in all the stress of the year, sometimes we forget to take time to really say-"Good Job to me" So... Gold Star to Art who was in the top five in sales for his entire company for the month of December. And Gold Star to me for receiving an exceeding expectations in every category on my annual review (very rare) No I am probably not reaching my potential as far as a career goes, but I like it, and I get to see Grace every day which is worth it to me.
