We went to a wedding on Saturday. Grace looked really cute so I wanted to share the picture. She loves the hawaiian dress.
Sunday morning we woke up to a CO2 alarm going off downstairs. So we called uncle Lon and then Grace and I spent some time at the store. The Gas company came out. It turns out we had a very small (not harmful amount of CO2) leaking from our furnace vent. We didn't know what it could have been because our furnace and water heater are both fairly new, but I guess sometimes there is just enough or a space that we were getting a little into the air. The gas man said it just built up and "stuck" to the sensor over time causing it to go off. We fixed it and are good to go-but we were very thankful we had the sensors even though when I put them up I thought, "we won't need these, but we have Grace now-so just in case".
Then adding to the CO2 with some extra smoke, Grace helped dad cook chicken on the charcoal. she is adding some spices here. It turned out very good.
