While Art continued camping and working, Grace, Walker and I went to Wayne County to get out of the heat and stay for the next week. We had a lot of fun! Uncle Michael let the kids "swing" in the tree.
Grace got to spend lots of time with her cousins.
Walker started trying a few new foods.
We tried to go boating one day, but the boat broke down so we only made it a little way and then came back to the shore to play.
The kids had fun making sand castles, finding "crabs" and fishing a little.
Trying to get pictures of the three little ones, didn't turn out so good.
Walker loved the water.
And it zonked him out.
Papa caught a pretty nice fish!
We tried to get Pie to pee in the water, but she had none of it, so I had to hike up to the bathroom with her. I will remind of this when she gets older!
Kolt found a horny toad while we were there.
The girls had such fun playing dress up!
Grace loved playing outside and playing with the kittens.
Walker and Rhio loved fighting. Walker may love a little fierce!
The kids loved seeing papa get his medical check for his insurance.
So they tried it later.
Grandma and Grandpa treat are always fun to see!
We had a sleepover at Miles house (that is what Pie says)
At this moment right here, Finlee and Walker both weigh the same amount of 21 pounds! (only a year apart, no biggie!)
We read lots and lots of books.
We went to the library reading party.
And visited with Grandma Grape.
It was a great time and again full of memories, but we were ready for our next adventure!
